So let me tell you a little bit about who I am. I have been working in information technology for almost 20 years. I have had the opportunity to work in various roles (project manager, business analyst, solution architect, etc…) on projects that have been deployed all around the world. But, I have also developed previous businesses in financial services (insurance, securities, and mortgages) and currently real estate investments. We have conducted several millions of dollars worth of real estate transactions over the last 4 years in Texas. With all of my experiences in various areas, I feel that the area of business that we are working on now takes some aspects of all of these experiences to create a very exciting opportunity moving forward.
Currently, I acquire distressed mortgage notes and CFDs through our re-branded company, CT Asset Group, LLC. By acquiring these distressed lien, it opens the opportunity to benefit from multiple investment strategies. Although, we primarily focus on acquiring non-performing 1st mortgage liens on residential properties across the United States. We do not acquire the properties in order to rehab and sell, but to “Rehab the Mortgage Note”. Through this business model, we are able to accomplish our 3 primary goals:
Acquire non-performing mortgages from our bank institution partners that are mutually beneficial transactions
Work with our valued borrowers to keep their home and get the note back performing
Create investment opportunities for our Joint Venture Partners that yields above average ROI
